Privacy
This page explains how data is used during the Congressional Vote Tracker public preview.
Account Email Use
We use your account email to authenticate your login, secure your account, and send essential account or preview service notices. We may also use your email to respond directly when you submit feedback.
Communications During Preview
Public preview communications are limited to essential account and service messages. You are not automatically enrolled in newsletters or marketing email lists.
Product Analytics and Event Collection
We collect a small set of preview telemetry to understand feature usage, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. This can include page views, login success, member and bill views, semantic search requests, feedback clicks, and client or server errors. Metadata is minimized to route or pathname, feature name, result count, duration, query length, HyDE usage, and error category.
Feedback Processing
Feedback links in the app open a Google Form managed by Google. Information you submit through that form is processed according to Google's terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.
Preview Data Limitations
This is a preview release. Data can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and AI-assisted results can contain errors. Please verify critical details with primary sources.
